Lily Pahlevani is an Associate Attorney on the firm’s habitability litigation team, where she is dedicated to advocating for tenants facing unlivable housing conditions. With nearly a decade of experience working on behalf of Plaintiffs, Lily brings a tenacious and client-focused approach to every case she handles. Her commitment to justice and deep understanding of Plaintiff-side litigation make her a strong advocate for those seeking fair and humane living conditions.
Lily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law from the University of California, Irvine. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, graduating with Honors in Trial Advocacy. During law school, Lily’s passion for litigation was evident—she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and took first place in the school’s 1L Trial Competition. These experiences laid the foundation for her dynamic courtroom presence and strategic litigation skills.
Before joining the firm, Lily handled Plaintiff’s side personal injury cases from inception through resolution, gaining extensive experience in case development, negotiation, and client advocacy. Her professional journey has included roles as a legal assistant and law clerk in various practice areas, consistently driven by a mission to fight aggressively and effectively for her clients’ rights. Lily continues to channel this passion into her work in habitability law, where she strives to hold landlords accountable and ensure safe living environments for all.
